If you've sifted through many government web pages in search of an elusive answer, don't give up. The FCIC National Contact Center can answer your questions about benefits, programs, services and documents. Call the toll-free hotline at (800) 688-9889 (TTY 1-800-326-2996) between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time. Trained staff can answer your question or direct you to someone who can.
