Over the past thirty years, the well-publicized Federal Consumer Information Center (FCIC) has made Pueblo, Colorado 81009 one of the best-known addresses in the country. Now, much of the organization's information is available online. The FCIC's site is a one-stop source for answers to questions about Federal agencies, programs and services. They offer hundreds of consumer publications to order or read online. In addition, the site provides a wealth of helpful consumer information, including a consumer assistance directory and an online version of the Consumer Action Handbook.
